The House

Ursivilla is a detached house of 100 m² with everything on the ground floor and classified in:

~ entrance, lounge with gas fireplace and TV

~ built-in open kitchen (dishwasher, gas stove, oven, coffee machine + Dolce Gusto, microwave, fridge and freezer)

~ a room for 2 people (either a bed of 180 x 200 - or 2 twin beds of 90 x 200)

~ large bathroom (bath - shower - washbasin)

~ separate toilet with washbasin ~ laundry room (washing machine - dryer)

~ a second room with shower room (washbasin - shower and toilet) for 2 people (either a 180 x 200 bed or 2 90 x 200 separate beds)

~ furnished man-cave in the basement

~ a large terrace 75m² with table, 6 chairs, beach umbrella, 2 loungers, barbecue on charcoal

~ a fenced garden of 1000 m² with a wooded particle

~ private closed parking (2cars and more, motorbikes)

(underfloor heating, water softener, ventilation, WiFi and ethernet in all rooms)
